The University of Newcastle is creating a world-class campus on the Central Coast, with work now underway on the $63.8-million project.
In an exciting milestone for the region, the campus is expected to generate new jobs, support emerging local industries and continue the revitalisation of the Gosford CBD.

The University is targeting a 6-star Green Star rating, the highest achievable level in the standard for healthy, resilient and positive buildings and places.
We worked with the University and the Greater Cities Commission to help bring the campus to Gosford, where it will be located on HCCDC land on Mann Street. The project was formally approved by NSW Government in 2023.
Works are underway, with classes expected to start in 2026.
